Return & Refund Policy


All products purchased at Havinton in Malaysia cannot be returned or exchanged except for the case the product is having defect upon received. 
 
If you believe that your product is defective, please contact Havinton within [7] days after you received the product. If Havinton determines, in its sole discretion, that the product is defective, you will be eligible to exchange or request for refund for your product. Havinton reserves the right to inspect your defective products to final determine whether the product is defective upon receiving the returned product.
 
Returns
You have [7] calendar days to return your defective product. Havinton reserves the right to final determine whether the product is defective upon receiving the returned product. Once Havinton received your item, Havinton will inspect it and notify you whether it is eligible for refund or exchange. If Havinton determines, in its sole discretion, that the product is not defective, Havinton will ship the product back to you within [7] calendar days.
  
Refunds
We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
 
Exchange
We will ship your new product within [7] business days. Tracking number will be sent to the email address that you have provided to us.
 
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
